I accept any major credit card through Paypal.  It's fast, easy, secure and convenient.  I also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks in U.S. Funds and Drawn on U.S. Banks, only.  Outside U.S.A. - Payment through Paypal Only.  Personal checks require 10 Business Days for Bank Clearance.  Unless prior arrangements have been made, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS or item(s) will be re-offered for sale.

Custom Calligraphy Orders

Most Custom Calligraphy can take 4 or more weeks to complete, depending on the volume of orders or how I am booked, at the time.  Since all of my artwork is handcrafted, any items that show as "Sold" may take 6-8 weeks for delivery.  Please Email Me for estimated shipping times and availability on Custom or Special Orders.  Please understand that all of my calligraphic artwork is Hand Lettered, Hand Drawn and Hand Painted by me, personally...making each piece uniquely different and a One-Of-A-Kind Heirloom.  For all Custom Calligraphy or Wedding Orders, I require a 50% Deposit with a Signed and Dated Work Agreement.  The Work Agreement, which I will provide, specifies all details and date(s) of the work to be completed, as well as, my signature and the client's signature.  The remaining balance will be due on or before the completion date of the signed contract and before shipping.  If a cancellation is made after the Work Agreement has been signed and /or once work has commenced, the client will be charged a Non-Refundable $35.00 Cancellation Fee, as well as for the work completed.  Once completed, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be made on any Custom or Personalized Calligraphy.

Return Policy

I Do Not Accept Any Returns.  The only exceptions would be if there is an error on my part or a discrepancy with respect to an item's representation or description.  PLEASE NOTIFY ME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.  Removal of calligraphy pieces, from it's original frame, will void any returns. I strive to be as thorough as possible, in the descriptions of all my handcrafted pieces.  The Photos represent each of my One-Of-A-Kind items accurately.  UPON NOTIFICATION AND MY APPROVAL, THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS, in the condition it was received, in order to receive a refund ( Less Shipping and Insurance ).  Please feel free to Email Me with any questions that you may have.
